Россия. Смотрела на удвоенной скорости. Иначе умерла бы от тоски.
Надо было просто обжарить на сковороде, после того как обваляли в сухарях😊 думаю, было бы вкуснее, чем запекать

Нет, не лучше на сковороде, потому что в лаваше бекон, а он жирный. Всё будет плавать в масле!

For those of you who are tearing this recipe down saying you wouldn't eat, fine. Don't eat it. That bacon was fully cured and it's definitely not deadly. She also recommends ham. However, this recipe was cooked at a safe temperature and time. I miss being in Europe. The food was so much cleaner and safer. Also, too, if you don't have nice things to say, please keep it to yourself. We've got enough nastiness in this world that this is the last place it should be. These content creators that give us videos freely are worthy of that kindness.

i have been going thru the comments and i don't get them i have been a chef for 30+ years and that bacon was done before she put it in. doesn't anybody know ingredients these days?

@@cheftje3339 I'm sorry but you are just straight wrong on this. just because something is cured does not make it safe to eat. there are some meats that can be safe after curing but bacon has never been on that list. not to mention bacon need to be cooked to a temperature not color. the temp. needed for bacon is 150. in an oven at 400 degrees it takes between 10 to 20 min. in a smoker set to 300 degrees (which is the same as an oven with no flavor profile) it takes 30 min to cook bacon. so by process of elimination an oven set too 200 degrees will never cook bacon in 10 - 15 min.

@@timothyfloyd3269Being that the video came from Europe, and she said 200°C, C for Celsius, that equates to 392°F. I think that’s hot enough to cook the bacon!

@@jeepers429 even still that only equates to 392 in F. it takes 10 to 20 min varying played out flat in an open pan to cook fully. like every good cook knows if you wrap anything especially meat it takes way longer. not to mention the texture of the bacon will be awful there might be some who like it but if you wrap bacon or wrap anything with bacon it takes way way longer to get a good texture and flavor profile. even IF and i say IF this bacon cooked it will have a stringy texture. i know this because i have a many a failed attempt when i first started wrapping things with bacon.

Шикарно, конечно, но на сковороде проще. Либо тоже самое, но в готовом тесте в духовке, но, обмакнув в яйцо, сразу на противень. Без сухарей, а сверху обсыпать кунжутом, к примеру. К слову, рикотта хорошо сочетается с творогом) с уважением

They look good and I am sure they taste good as well. 10 mins in the oven for more than enough to cook a piece of bacon, when you put them in a pan, they cook even quicker. So well done!

10-15 minutes isn’t long enough to render that bacon. Texture will be raw bacon.

@@cynthiashaw45 yeah, I think I instinctively knew that. That’s why I mentioned I’d deep fry them in oil. Thanks for reminding me, I still want to try them. Ooh ooh, maybe put some jalapeño in them!
