Btw, the ibuprofen (NSAIDs) could have also been linked to a salicylates sensitivity for your patient. I have leaky gut and several food intolerances, including salicylates which was affecting my joints for a couple of years until I stopped consuming them. This may also be the issue with your patient that has so many food intolerances, he doesn't know what to eat. I hope that helps you! Thank you again!

Thank you , SO MUCH. I've been trying to heal the leaky gut that has been the source of untold health issues, including chronic migraines, for over half my life. I have been completely off all sugars and fructose, all grains, all sugar substitute, and all pre-packaged poison food. Now I've started taking L-Glutamine to heal. However, I don't know HOW MUCH L-GLUTAMINE TO TAKE. Gut has been leaky for about 50 years due to heavy use of ibuprofen, heavy antibiotics, and candida. Trouble all started with antibiotics as a child, which helped to create the candida...and the story rolls from there. I'm taking 1,000 to 1,500 mgs a day. Taking in-between meals. I'm taking capsules. You've indicated that powder is best and to mix and drink it first thing in the morning. Question = HOW MUCH??? And just once daily?? Thank you for this video and your help. If you are available to reply to my question, I'd appreciate it very very much. I wish you well.

Great video and explanation, have you ever come across leaky gut causing chronic cough. I’ve had a full cough work up and there doesn’t seem to be a cause, maybe a little cough variant asthma but I have a feeling it’s lots of little things contributing as it comes and goes and only slightly better with inhaled steroids. No rhyme or reason, some periods are better than others, I think it’s gone, then it’s back and I can’t figure out any patterns causing it.

I can't wait to meet you Dr. Rajsree! I love every video of yours. Im so glad I found you. I was wondering where can I find the whole video for "Is your thyroid healthy" How can we reset? What is Hashimoto's? I would've love to see the whole talk about it.

The Thyroid video I have on my channel is cut from my "Hormone Balance" video. Great suggestion in the future I'll make a full Hashimoto's video dedicated to the thyroid. Thanks for watching!

@@drrajsree It would be amazing if you can do a video on Hashimoto's only. That will be super informative coming from you. Can you briefly explain how if someone is diagnosed with this issue, you are labeled as having either a thyroid issue when in reality the thyroid is intact and your Ts are fine. What would be the right thing to say then, when you don't want to labeled as a person with thyroid issues? I hope I make sense. Thank you for all your amazing videos. :-)

Hopefully I can make a very comprehensive video by the end of the year. I have a few other videos lined up soon as well but I will keep this as a high priority since I think it would help a lot of people! Wish you the best,RN

Very helpful video Doctor! I suffer from all of the symptoms you've mentioned and your video is like a light going off! I'm going to try and implement some of the remedies you've suggested. Also, I had an unrelated question: I wanted to build a similar video using graphics for my area of expertise (landscaping). Could you tell me what you're using to make these videos?

Thank you for this great video Dr Rajsree. I am waiting for proof if my leaky gut is causing bladder issues. In the meantime, I will be using a supplement with L-Glutamine. I can not wait to see what happens.
