I recommend this comprehensive presentation about overall health and addressing the root cause of illness. We need more physicians to be willing to look at diet and lifestyle first instead of pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Rajsree, you re such a good lecturer, i like your holistic approach regarding mental illness and its natural treatment. Im happy to hear from you that you have patients that you re able to wean-off from medications which are harmful in the long term use. Psychiatry has no science behind it and this should be abolished in medical profession. I pity patients under care of psychiatrist which always rely on anti psychotic or anti depressant medication to their entire life. Miserable indeed for psychiatric patients.

I'm glad I watched this video someone sent it to me. Such great information I have been eating healthy, I exercise 4 to 5 times a week and drink lots of water take supplements and am on bioidentical hormone therapy. But I have been dealing with anxiety and depression and I went to my family physician and she told me I need to be on medication so she prescribed me some Zoloft. I haven't taken it because I'm not a medication person and rather do it naturally. I also have gut issues had a CT scan and found out I have Diverticulitis. I eliminated foods that were healthy that my gut can't handle and still am monitoring and writing down everything I eat. I have been constipated from the diverticulitis. I keep asking myself how I got these symptoms thought I was drinking everything right. I am also dealing with dry eyes. Do you work with people even though they don't live in the area.

Thank you Cynthia. Glad you enjoyed!
This sounds great if the person is normal with these issues. I have literally paid thousands over the years doing all the test, bio identical harmony therapy, vegan, veggie, organic, whole foods, etc. Eat lots of green leaves. Just found out I have the MTHFR gene and I have a methyl issue and have been diagnosed with a methylation problem yrs ago. Been exercising for ever, outside in the sun in the middle of the day. I could go on. Some people r not the average and become worse with many of these supplements that and foods recommend. I have paradoxical effects to natural supplements, rx, herbs, etc. Currently have a Homeopathic neurologist using non otc Homeopathic remedies. I hope ur advice works for most. 😊

Hello Dr Rajsree, i have a question. Every time i take a multivitaminic pill i get jittery, anxious and wired like i have insomnia. I tried to understand why that happens and realise that other people have the same problems. Some people say its because of high copper, others say its because of the folic acid and the b12 and the MTHFR mutation. But i'm confused about the cause and what should i do. Thank you in advance ❤
@drrajsree

I’m sorry to hear this. Some people are sensitive to the B vitamins in the multivitamin. Or perhaps you’re allergic to one of the ingredients? You might want to try different brands to see if you can tolerate one. I also have a video on MTHFR you might enjoy.
Hello Dr. Rajsree, i pray and wish that you will have a clinic base here in the Philippines. We are desperately in need of a doctor practicing holistic approach to address mental disorders. We need one like you since you re MD and your practice and or application is natural treatment unlike psychiatrist who knows nothing but to only prescibed dangerous anty psychotic medications and anti drepesants.
