thanks you, doctor. I'm now 20 years old and I've got sleep deprivation since I was 13 years old. It's so terrible for me. Even when I didn't have something stressful, just nothing to do I still could not sleep. And recently, I've known I got trouble with unbalanced hormones. And this video confirms my issue.

I like the way you explain in detailed, the solution to insomnia! I'm one the person, I learn to meditate for 15 min., put my bare foot to the grass for 15 min., I learn to go outside in the sun for 15min., to open my window to heat my bedroom, living during the day then eat, banana, tart cherry, warm goats milk, chamomile tea in the evening! Relax, having a massage to improve my sleep!

I’ve been struggling to sleep for a year now. I’m young, healthy, and don’t seem to have any other health conditions but for some reason, every night I try to sleep and for 8-10 hours I just lay there and most of the time don’t even fall asleep a single time. Sometimes I’ll get 2-4 hours, every once in a while I’ll sleep an almost normal amount but I rarely do. I didn’t fall asleep a single time last night and it was bright out before I fell asleep. My head hits the pillow and Instantly don’t feel tired anymore and there’s so many random words that don’t make any sense that run through my head, keeping my brain occupied talking to myself mentally every single second while I’m trying to sleep and I can’t turn it off. There’s nothing to think about it’s just random words

You have sleep anxiety. Work on your parasympathetic nervous system with daily breathing exercises like 4-7-8, daily meditations in the bath at night before bed. Keep to a routine. Tell yourself sleep will come, everyone sleeps. Sleep with minimal clothing. I sleep in only a short, no pants or shorts. Set your temperature very cold. Use a sleep mask and a noise machine or a fan.

Hello Dr Rajsree. I have a really weird question... I was coming out off a short period of little sleep. I had really much stress and anxiety because of all the sleep loss. I did everything to sleep better like fasting, sleeping pills, sleep music, meditation, exercises, daylight. The only thing that now works a bit is daylight to fall asleep faster.. So now i sleep a lot better and longer, and i sleep really deeply now. I know sleep 10 minutes shorter than the average person (7 hours) I know that sleep loss is wortheless, but it it irritating me. They say how better the sleep quality the less sleep you need. But thats not what i want. So my weird question is why can't i sleep longer and how do i sleep longer? (I dont have stress, anxiety, depression or other things like that

There's lot different type of grounding.. That, tell what u see, hear, ect and most known spiritual grounding that combines different type of centering. Idk more of physical besaids these w first ones, but spiritual ppl sometimes have "buzzing" (with too much energy, so they do our magick to centre the energy and get it to their hands, feet, or whatever using part of body to get or give energy back to earth that is neutral energy. There's lot way's, but most common is visualisations of roots of ur body going down to earth's core exchanging the energies. Even just to feel refreshed with new energy, just give the old and take fresh neutral energy. If too much give back, too lil, take some more. Ik lot ppl will call bs on spiritual type way, so I'm just gona say.. If it works for them.. just believe or leave them alone. Its like u do colouring without actually doing it properly calling it bs without much trying to stay in line.. Also if gona try learning more before doing anything is a must. Just like qualifications for a job. You must know how to.
