Kalamazoo Chief Product Designer, Russ Faulk has spent his entire career mastering different outdoor cooking techniques, fuel types and fires. He has worked with our team of engineers and designers to reinvent the Hybrid Fire Grill, create a show stopping Argentinian grill and a unique undercounter charcoal cabinet smoker. People are fanatical about cooking with Kamado grills, and it was a category Faulk wanted to explore.
In true Kalamazoo fashion we saw opportunities to enhance the traditional design to expand performance and cooking capabilities. In this video, Russ discusses the key design differences and how they impact cooking performance and versatility.

Looks great! The one thing I don't like is that it appears that all or most of the lump needs to be removed when it comes time to get to the ash pan? If so, that's a real pain.
