ഒരു കോപ്പും നടക്കില്ല. പോലീസിന് എന്തൊക്കെ ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് kerala police act ൽ വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. Police പരിശോദിച്ചു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കോടതിയിൽ പോയാ കോടതി കണ്ടം വഴി ഓടിക്കും. Ipc, crpc പോലെ ആക്ടുകൾ വേറെയും ഉണ്ട്

​@@VinodKumar-pc8qjThere are a lot of people who has issues with that like people with autism and they would have reacted much more drastically and our uneducated and totally ignorant police would instantly have arrested them because of their bruised egos making up something or other. Even people who are not in the spectrum could not like getting touched especially if they have been an victim of abuse. The society is not made only for perfect people you know, laws are made to protect the most vulnerable people, not to take advantage of them. Also does 'men's rights' don't matter if it's the police that violates it? And you cannot just go in public and randomly body search someone for no reason just because you are police. Even entering a person's home requires a search warrant, do you think a humans' body can be violated with impunity while a property is better protected? How would you like your minor son or brother to be felt up by some sleezy old guy, because he suddenly 'felt the need to inspect' out of the blue with no rhyme or reason? How would you like it if that guy threatens him if your minor or young son or brother don't let him feel up any part of his body however long that police wanted to until he was 'satisfied' enough? How would you like it if that police takes his information, targets and stalks him if he objected to the police touching him too much?

The guys who all are supporting this police officers please try to think of this situation for you. If you are searched by a group of police officers in public and with media how you feel , after this incident how the people or society will see him after this. No one will bother about that he is guilty or not. And the important point is that no one can’t search anyone body without a proper evidence or permission from higher authorities. Just simply come to one citizen and making him uncomfortable. I am dam sure that this police officers search him just because of his hair and looks. മഞ്ചേരി 🙄 പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ വർഷങ്ങൾകു മുൻപ് എനിക്കു ഒരു അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഒരു പോലീസ് ഡ്രൈവർ, അങ്ങേരു ബോയ്സ് 🙄ഗ്രൗണ്ടിൽ കളി കാണാൻ വന്നിരുന്ന എന്നെയും സുഹൃത്തിനെയും പരിശോധന, അവസാനം ക്ഷമ കെട്ട് ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു, സാറിന്റെ ആവശ്യം എന്താണ്, എന്റെ ഭാവം മാറിയപ്പോൾ വണ്ടിയിൽ നിന്നും വേറെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഇറങ്ങി വന്നു,തുടർന്ന്, അയാളോട് പരിശോധന നിർത്താൻ പറഞ്ഞു, 🙂കാലങ്ങൾ ശേഷം ആ ഡ്രൈവറുടെ ശോ കാരണം ജനങ്ങൾ പരാതി കൊടുത്ത് അവിടെ നിന്നും മാറ്റി
