Hi Dr Jishnu, a small input, please correct me if I'm wrong, the drug you are referring to here, methylenedioxy-methylamphetamine or MDMA is not the one that's popularly circulated and used among the youngsters in India. It's Methamphetamine or Meth (crystal meth). Meth is different from MDMA and way more dangerous. People who are addicted to meth are widely called as Meth-heads. The chemical formula for MDMA is C11H15NO2 and for Meth is C10H15N. That being said, thank you for helping those in need and sharing your experience and knowledge with the public. MDMA is definitely Dangerous but Meth is the actual KILLER.

എന്റെ close ഫ്രണ്ടിന്റെ അനിയൻ കഴിഞ സെപ്റ്റംബർ 7 ന് സൂയിസൈഡ് ചെയ്തു... കഞ്ചാവിൽ തുടങ്ങി lsd, mdma ആയിരുന്നു full... കഞ്ചൻ അടിയൊക്കെ നിർത്തി full mdma ആക്കി അവൻ... നമ്മൾ പറയുമ്പോൾ കളിയാക്കും നിനക്ക് അറിയില്ല ഇതിന്റെ പവർ ചുമ്മാ പ്വോളിയാണ് അതാണ് എന്നൊക്കെ... ഞാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ മുറുക്കാൻ, ലിക്കർ, കള്ള്, ഹാൻസ്, കൂൾ, സിഗരറ്റ്, പാൻ മുറുക്കാൻ എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു plus 2 മുതൽ...കഞ്ചാവ് ഒക്കെ ആ സമയത്ത് നന്നായി ഉപയോഗിച്ച്...അന്നൊക്കെ ഇവൻ ഒരു പുകല പോലും വായിൽ ഇട്ട് ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല...പിന്നീട് ഞാൻ ഇതൊക്കെ പയ്യെ പയ്യെ നിർത്തി... ഇപ്പോൾ നാടൻ മുറുക്കാൻ മാത്രം വെള്ളമടി പോലുമില്ല. Mdma ക്കെ പലതവണ അടിക്കാൻ അവസരം കിട്ടിയിട്ടും എനിക്ക് പേടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ലൈഫ് കോഞ്ഞാട്ട ആകും എന്ന് അത് കൊണ്ട് അന്നൊക്കെ അത് വേണ്ടന്ന് വച്ചു... പക്ഷെ ഈ ഫ്രണ്ടിന്റെ അനിയൻ പെട്ടന്ന് ആയിരുന്നു എല്ലാം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തുടങ്ങിയത്... അങ്ങനെ over dose അടിച്ചു കട്ടർ കൊണ്ട് കഴുത്ത് full കട്ട് ചെയ്തു ... ആഴ്ചകളോളം icu കിടന്ന് രക്ഷപെട്ടു. പിന്നെ de adiction സെന്റർ കൗൺസലിംഗ് അങ്ങനെ 3-4 മാസം പോയി... പിന്നീട് പിന്നെയും ഇവൻ തൂങ്ങി... Success ആയില്ല... കുറെ നാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും തൂങ്ങി... അതും ശരിയായില്ല... പിന്നെ full കരച്ചിൽ ആണ് ചുമ്മാ ഇരുന്ന് കരയുക നടന്നു കരയുക രാത്രിയൊക്കെ വീടിന്റെ പുറത്തിരുന്നു ചുമ്മാ കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കും പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് റീസൺ ഇല്ല അവൻ പറയുന്നത് എല്ലാം പോയി ഇനി ജീവിച്ചിട്ട് കാര്യം ഇല്ല ഒന്നും ശരിയല്ല എല്ലാം കുഴപ്പം അങ്ങനെ ആറ്റിറ്റ്യൂഡ്... അങ്ങനെ നാലാമത് ഒന്നുകൂടി തൂങ്ങി ആ തവണ മരിച്ചു 😭😓 25 വയസ്സ് ആയിരുന്നു 😞

The two example story you explain here are not about MDMA users. It's about Meth users (methamphetamine) . 🙏The history you present here is about MDMA. Meth history is worser and it is different from MDMA. Meth doesn't have empathy also. Real MDMA is not playing here and only meth is ruling cities. Yea sabiq you have a valid point here..it's true that most of the cases which are labelled as MDMA are actually meth.MDMA causing dependence is not backed by adequate scitific research.But,stating that plainly in a society like ours would be detrimental,given the context that we don't have any regulalatory authorities to monitor properly.And we can't be sure that it's not MDMA ,MDMA can also cause psychotic disorder. And regarding history,only MDMA history is presented here,meth has not been covered. Thanks and pleased by your feedback.

@@apothekaryam Ofcourse it matters. Both the drugs have very different trip. Addiction and withdrawals are also different. MDMA has psychedelic properties whereas Meth is purely a stimulant. Addiction liability for MDMA is low to moderate whereas for Meth is very high. I request you to be aware of this kind of details since this may misguide the public.

Used this poison for more than a decade, now when I look back what hurts me most is not what i've done to myself, but what i've done to the people whom loved me the most. Its almost 2 years since i come clean. But my life became stagnant. I feel like i lost 10 years of my life. Don't know if i will ever recover from the guilts and traumas that i gave to the people around me.
