SCOTUS, please assign a Federal Overseer Judge from the Federal Judicial Center to keep the 9th Circuit within the bounds of the law.

If the 9th Circuit has 80% of their rulings over turned, why aren't the Justices removed? Clearly they do not understand the law. Or just choose to ignore it. What other job can you get wrong 8 out of 10 times and remain employed?

I was born and raised here in California and it's incredibly frustrating to watch this state be destroyed by corrupt politicians and judges. Such a shame. It's frustrating to live in a state where I feel like my vote is worthless.

That is why it is called the Ninth Circus…. Federal judges have lifetime appointments. The only removal processs= is impeachment. I don’t see that happening. Vote Conservative and hope for replacing any and all retiring Justices with members of the Federalist Society.

Ninth Circus up to its usual shenanigans!!! "Shall not be infringed" means shall not be limited. Stating "there's other means to purchase firearms" while precluding a way to purchase firearms is still an infringement. Also, it's impossible to 'keep and bare arms' without the ability to purchase or manufacture them and manufacturing them (a long historical tradition of self-made firearms in the U.S.) is seen as illegal "ghost guns", which is ANOTHER infringement!!!!

Well we can push for an en banc, lose that then try to get it to SCOTUS. So another decade will pass. The problem is that no politician has any consequences for passing bad laws.

Didn’t the Supreme Court already ruled that they couldn’t ban pistols just because you have the right to acquire a rifle isn’t this the same thing?

Clearly the 9th circuit had no intention of following the instructions of Bruens decision. All the pending gun cases would have to be resolved at the SCOTUS. At the phase the SCOTUS is adjudicating these cases, it’s going to take a long time and unfortunately some of these cases may outlived some of the justices. SMH

I agree with your statement that more gun owners in California should join the California Rifle and Pistol Association(CRPA). They are an organization that fights extremely hard for the rights of Californians to keep and bear arms and they solely focus on California issues and laws regarding the 2nd Amendment. The cost of membership is a fraction of what you would pay for a new gun or a hearty ammunition purchase and it helps the CRPA to get into and stay in the fight. The CRPA has its work cut out for them and they do need the help of patriots behind the lines in California.
