@Mail Fraud I'm sorry, the change from teen to your 20s is a harder change than 20 to 23 imo. I'm actually handling it pretty bad lol. I still dress the same, and feel the same inside, like Im stuck at 17. I can't even let myself grow a beard because it feels like I'm letting go of my teenhood. Ik it's a problem to never grow up, but I hate it so bad. things that help me are having a playlist of music that I used to listen to, or changing the date on my phone to a year I was happier in if I really can't handle it. It helps me see older people differently though, like I try to see the person inside because I'd want someone to do that for me.

Yes, that's true. But good appearance is due also to good behavior, because I've met some elderly people that exercise all the time, but they don't look very good because of their poor diet and use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco. This man obviously has a good diet and pretty good behavior as well. He's very physically fit, and his response time and speech is bright and quick. His muscles and skin are smooth and strong.

Yes let's work on ourselves. Please see my YT workout. Yes consistency is key for sure. I think this is how I started seeing improvement. Don't make more than 2 days pass without a workout. Even if it is just 5 to 10mins

so many in this world use age as an excuse to bitch and complain and be mean to others, and use age as an excuse to not do anything, they act like if they anything physical its the end of the world and once more comes the excuse "im old" props to you sir, you inspire me. I'm already convinced you could achieve alot in your twilight years but this has pushed that belief further.

Good job. Age is nutrition, physical shape and positive mindset on future goals. I've got a tougher workout system, that is more aerobic and I'm 78. It also involves 8 - 100 meter sprints.

I could've used his rope climbing trick for the feet when I was in Venice Beach in California at the outdoor climbing rope on the beach. I was wearing sandals and had no idea how to lock the rope in. I did it all wrong and scraped the shit out of the top of my foot with a bad, bleeding rope burn. Then it got infected and it was quite the itchy mess. Took over a year for the black spot to mostly go away. Next time I'll do it right.
