@@EnergeticSpark63 Traditionally, hey was just an exclamation. Sometimes it expressed delight, sometimes a warning. Nowadays we find it used for emphasis as well, especially in the expression but hey. It is also a greeting. It is a short, colloquial version of How are you? and thus close kin to the informal salutation hi, which it seems to be replacing in many situations. Until recently, this greeting had a distinctly Southern flavor. The national survey conducted in the 1960s by the Dictionary of American Regional English found hey as a greeting restricted chiefly to Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. The friendly hey has since spread throughout the United States.

Most muscles and exercise are actually preventative rather than actively used. Point being, for every day he spent on his arms he probably spent 2-3 on legs, core, etc to hold his own arms. I’m no strong man, but I can’t roll my ankles and my joints feel great! Lol

IDK, I pulled an ancient electric water heater out of a basement that was 2/3 sediment when I was 17, it wasn't too bad with the straps and dolly. Technique is everything with heavier weights. Well and my regular High School job was moving pianos around for a place that rented them out. The water heater was nothing compared to trying to put a concert grand into some idiot's basement (we had to remove 4 steps and end over end and twist at the bottom to make the corner lol).

@@lisae6725 I only did it for 2 years. Was pretty fun, easy money for the time honestly. Only like 3-4 lifts a day and with dollies wasn't hard most of the time. A 400lbs piano isn't heavy, just lift one end up, put the dolly under, roll it away. Even bringing it up stairs wasn't too bad. We used a 2 man crew, and while I was the smallest guy (5'10" 165lbs at the time, wasn't finished growing) we were all pretty strong. I'm blessed with decent genetics for lifting, being Lithuanian American and all.

@@gohighleveltutorials4027It's known in the powerlifting community that fat around your joints and muscles increases your power output. The same way lifters put a belt on their waist for bracing power, fat adds pressure to whatever it surrounds. Also why obese people have high torasic pressure among other issues. It's like wrist, elbow or knee sleeves. Even if the fat is not contractile tissue, it assists your actual muscles to produce force greater than without the fat. It's one of the reasons it's recommended to bulk and cut as you will have better gains with more ability to damage your muscles(for hypertrophy or for strength with CNS) when a little more fat is on your frame.

Cause moat people in gyms you'll also see many lazy people claiming "fake" or "juiced up" cause they are unable to do it as well mostly due to laziness and fear of getting hurt a bit ( take example from the person above who claims it's fake despite the place shaking from the weights when he dropped the bar) and the people who do these things don't even go to gyms anymore because of the people i mentioned, they usually have gym at home or they so it through street work. I know it cause many people used to say that i too was juiced up and similar crap while they did few light weights while taking pictures of themselves to upload on the internet

@@SauceOnChickenBall I mean people have been doing it for a century or so so it can’t be too bad that being said you should probably use a squat rack, and this issue with a clean and jerk is you can then only squat what you can jerk which for most people is going to be less than their squat
