My wife, her son, and I vacationed in Scotland for two weeks. It was the year you had a heat wave - 70 degrees fahrenheit. It was an awesome trip. I especially enjoyed the food.

Yo Jesse! I know you'll most likely never see this, BUT watching this has inspired me to want to work out and become a better version/happier version of myself. I went to your site and at the moment I can only use the free exercises cause I'm broke, and can't go to the gym. So I'll be doing the at home workouts. lets see if I can change the 6'0 150 pound to my dream self! (P.S. Thank you for helping me break the mental block I've had for awhile, I've wanted to work out for awhile but could never find the will to do it always saying I'll do it tomorrow. So thank you!)

You can try resistance bands until you’re able to get to the gym or even just use the bands if you get decent ones or enough to stack together. I actually found some at goodwill the other week for a couple of dollars, which I didn’t expect to see any there but they had em and I scooped em lol. They work good enough for now and I can use them anywhere.
