737SS NoseWheel Panel Build
Welcome to my video showcasing the latest addition to our aviation technology collection - the 737SS MIP Nosewheel panel! In this demo, we take a closer look at the innovative multi-layer build process that allows for seamless backlighting. You'll be amazed at just how well a tiny COB LED strip can illuminate the laser-engraved text, making it easy to read even in low-light situations. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

Hi Mike, I have tried to make everything simple for this build. Using light back boxes not only looks good but makes things simple too. Granted this is just the first panel.
Mad Mech strikes again! Attention to detail made to look easy. 👍
Magnífico!
Looking really nice! Cant wait for the next update haha 😊
It looks so simple...! As always you´ve done it again! Thank you

Hello! I put a lot of effort into designing this to make it as simple as possible. I used the same principle for all of the panels.
Do you have a video that shows how you made the perspex panels to prep them for backlighting?
wow
Well done! (as always 👌) 😎👍

@@helimech8152 Good luck! I`m sure, your new 737 will be great!
What and where did you get the cable strips that you marked the wires with?
Amazing work as always, so glad I found your channel! Two questions for you: 1) How warm do those LED strips get? I went to use some 12v LEDs that were strip mounted and they got quite warm. I'm guessing this type stays relatively cool? 2) Are you going to zip tie the wires for the switch to the strain relief as well inside the rear housing? Keep up the great work!

Hello, They do get to around 35-38 degrees. Ive not had a problem using them in the big sim this way. Im not too fused about strin reflief on a switch. that will will stay put if the wires are tugged, where as the 12v strip is very delicate.
Hi Karl, what is that blue mat your working on?
New next rudder?
