Hello, how often and for how long should Ujjayi, Breath of fire breath and Kechari Mudra be done? Thanks
Can i do all these, one by one or i can do any one
Is each type of pranayama meant for a specific purpose? Or do all have the same effect, so we can select any one type that we find suitable for us?
Tk you honey😁🙏💗🎶🎵🎹
Ms. Jiva, on the last exercise where your side view is shown, when you breath out, like crunching the abdomen, it’s quite noticeable that after you finish the exhalation, then you tuck in, with muscle force, the remaining of the abdomen. Quite late, don’t you think? It’s precisely those initially neglected muscles themselves, that are the very first to be engaged to commence the exhalation phase of the respiratory cycle. Research it thoroughly during your own experiential yoga immersion. That would be beneficial to you and, needless to say, to your students.
Great video. But I think it would be great if you improve your pronunciation of the Sanskrit words. It's not pranaya-mah it's prana-yam. Also nadishodhana is pronounced nadi-Show-dha-nuh
Man do you know about chakras
Really helpful video...i did all 7 techniques, it really made me felt good inside...just that when i was doing kapalbhati i felt light headed for 1 mins and then i have to stop doing it asap and catchup again...is there any particular reasons for this happening to me or it generally happens for first time???

kapalbhati pranayama should be done carefully esp if you are not used to the practice. In the beginning, it is generally advised to be done for 5 breaths (inhale once and exhale for 5 breaths) because it can sometimes lead to lightheadness. Also, it is not generally advised in people with hypertension, low blood pressure or uncontrolled blood sugar. Hope this helps!
Oh No.. You did a blunder in the beginning itself. Anulom vilom pranayam. You have to do both "exhale and inhale" through one nostril and then close both and then change the nostril. This is the correct and ultimate pranayam among all. Please correct it. Thank you.
