Here I am showing the guys in Richmond the CBT 6 Count Training Exercise. This pattern strings together all the major components (Footwork, Defang, Pressure, Anatomy, and Counter) utilized in the combative applications with the blade and impact weapons in the Counter Blade Tactics curriculum.
