In this video Scott and I are showing some feeding variations that we like to give to our students. Many of these scenarios are covered in the Grouping system, however, we utilize this approach to keep the feeder on the initiative and the receiver playing defense. In Grouping, the receiver will begin to take a more aggressive roll in countering.
The various scenarios/positions presented here are also reference points for many of our techniques like disarming, locking, and trapping.
