Wow, wow, wow that wall of storage in the dining room is tremendous. I have three sets of china and all the other stuff to go with them...I can use storage like that. I want that reading nook too. The stone on the bedroom wall is fantastic.

House is nice, but way too big. Add up the cost before you buy…mortgage, upkeep, insurance, utility bills, cost of travel if you work in Austin, etc. Does anyone actually need that much house unless you have 5 families living in it? Probably has some shoddy workmanship as most seem to in the Austin area (look into winter storm of 2021). Our lakes are shrinking because we have so many people coming into the area and it is unsustainable.
