My wife fell in love with this floor plan when you first posted it. The Bimini and the Lucerne are the best floor plans you’ve shown on this channel. I watch them every couple of months. Definitely me and my wife’s dream homes.

Looking from the outside, already knew that the inside is 100% amazing! That dual island is a great concept and the floorboard choice is awesome! Great video.

Love the video but love your honesty even more! Most realtors wouldn't say what you said about waiting it out 👌👌👌

Hey Marlon. Loving this. The preview looks great. The Bimini is a great floor plan. Starting with that front elevation stonework. Great view on earth. Spacious office. Love a formal dining. Powder room. Great open concept. The only change I would want is the sink/dishwasher should be on the middle island. Laundry. Butlers pantry. Storage under the stairs. Love when the garage leads right into the kitchen. Nice private entry to the primary. Door to the backyard 🙌🏼. The primary is big enough. Lovely en-suite. 2 closets. Nice. Ditch the tub and get a super shower with a wide seat. Loft. Theater. House is large enough for each bedroom to have its own en-suite and a 1/2 bath for friends hanging out. 3 beds too much for 2 bath. Doable but annoying and unnecessary. Only major flaw. And need a door to that Jack n Jill. Don’t want to see or hear whoever is shaving or brushing their teeth 🦷 😂. This is pocket doors are awesome. Amazing backyard. Covered paved lanai. Outdoor kitchen. Beautiful pool. Thanks for sharing and see you next video. Figured about a mil. 😮🤢.

Thx for the tour. I agree with you on the placement for the kitchen sink and size of master closets. Also pantry in the kitchen is wayyyy to small for such a large beautiful home. Oh and also not enough bathrooms. Lol

Good job on your walk through analysis. You understand the majority of people's needs and how they live. Even if they had put a small prep sink on the middle kitchen island it would work better. For that sized kitchen, there really needs to be more pantry room-just the cereal boxes for a family needing six bedrooms is going to take up that little provided space. Second floor where there is a small desk in cubby area, not good. For six bedrooms, you will need a huge linen closet. The builder should have framed that area in and made room for extra pillows, sheets, comforters, and blankets. Third, no bathroom right off the pool area. People have to walk through the living room or the primary bedroom to reach a bathroom. Beautiful house and very nicely decorated but architect/builder was into "wow factor" rather than meeting the needs of large and/or extended families.

Wait six bedrooms and three baths that doesn't match.

I love your videos but this is a no for me. The loft could be so much larger if there was an option to enclose the 2 story family room. The noise travels, waste of space and high electric bill. I’m looking forward to seeing more new construction videos!
