Nice presentation Raj… I couldn’t figure out why you are not breathing while moving across and realized after watching few other videos that you did a voice over. That makes your videos very unique. I like the part where you share the plan as well. Keep posting these videos

I love the floorplans that Gehan offers but right now they are way overpriced now. They've gone up about $75,000 to $125,000 more than what they were originally offered for before the pandemic and the prices only keep increasing.

I hear you. They have gone up but this can be said about all real estate in Austin for the most part. I think some of these forever home options are great because they are a long term bet on Austin.

How is the space below stair case is utilized? Few homes have closets under the stairs. Just curious about the stanford one.

I can double check but usually a door I do not open on the 2nd floor is a hallway closet.

Many homes I show in Austin can be built in Houston and vice versa. For example, Gehan builds in 10+ communities in Houston. Happy to connect you with a great realtor there if you need one.

Hawke's landing and Deerbrooke are really close to each other in terms of location, why is the $50K price difference?

More amenities in Deerbrooke and the majority of the community is new construction with many builders. Hawke’s landing is a Gehan only new build community that ties into an older neighborhood (evident on Google maps satellite image where you can see the new streets compared to the older streets).
