I have always loved this floor plan. Taylor Morrison builds a beautiful home. The views are stunning in the Travisso community. That is a shuffleboard table in the game room. Beautiful model home!

Shuffleboard! I remembered it right after posting. Thanks for mentioning it.. it’s such an amazing plan.
Great design. I really liked the first floor. The only negative is the stairs blocking the passage. Can't architects design a staircase properly? I didn't like the second floor at all, except for the balcony. Again, narrow corridors and steps where they shouldn’t be. Bedrooms with a view of the neighboring house and a media room with a gorgeous view. Will you come to the media room to admire the view or watch a movie?

I have seen some plans where the steps are hidden and not a focal point of the entrance into the home. Is that what you preferred? It’s tough to fit in steps but I hear you! They can cut in. For the upstairs, I think most would appreciate the windows in that large game room. It’s perfect for a pool table or something fun. Appreciate your feedback! 😎
This is a beautiful home. However could you add an elevator with this home design???.

Glad you enjoyed it! There is no elevator option. I have seen this before in custom homes but there is not a large market for needing this.. and so I don’t see this offered with production builders for the most part.
