The views just don't get any better than this! Love the floor plan of this home. It offers everything and is gorgeous. However, I would consider changing a couple of things. The flooring on the 1st floor and the location of the TV in the main living area. I would move the TV above the fireplace and add custom built-ins or open shelving on sides. The pool and backyard are amazing. Always look forward to your videos. Thanks, awesome job as always!

The view and pool are amazing Id change the floors downstairs to the same floors they had upstairs and it be perfect for me personally. There is so much space I love Drees plans almost as much as Toll Brothers it’s hard to decide who’s a better builder .
