@@RajSahoo THANK YOU for the heads up. I'm not ready yet as I have not even visited my daughter that just relocated to Great Hills and will need to sell my house here. But doing my homework as I would like a newer home to avoid high maintenance. Toll brothers and Taylor Morrison homes appear to excel in quality. I'm hoping for more inventory when I am ready and hopefully a less crazy market!

Is it still available. I really love Arabella and palisade plan. I am confused on moving to Austin, san and Houston. I really appreciate your input.

Recently, the pricing has varied tremendously due to bidding on lot premiums. Builders do not want to post prices as this can change in the future. But feel free to reach out to me directly and happy to share.
