I have seen homeowners use the game room or media room as an exercise area. I do not believe there is an additional room option in this plan. But there are many other plans in this community.
I like the old fashioned idea of a separate dining room that is not so popular anymore lol. It would be nice to somehow have a walk through from the kitchen straight to the dining room but I know.... not popular anymore!!

Yes.. we do not see this as much any more. I believe the Sapphire plan with Taylor Morrison has dining and direct access to kitchen. Maybe I will post a video walk through of that plan next!

@@nellieevans2054 most buyers love the Sapphire plan because of how well it opens up and the options are endless. The only issue is trying to keep it in budget.
