I use nylon washers so it's a little easier on the injector body, and sanded the i.d. for a perfect fit. I was on gate only, the OEM cushions didn't fit my ID 725's so well, I think the ones I have now are from NAPA. I'm worried about boost leaks there when I get it running again on real boost.

I bought the bosch 2200 injectors you sell of your site and if im not mistaken the deadtime sheet you include has different dead times ?

Do you use quick spool feature? You could probably pick power up in that 4500rpm range. To smooth the dyno graph out. My car runs great no quick spool but when I turn it on

Did you ever figure out the issue with hondata having the errors while not connected to the internet? I called them and they,"werent aware of the issue". I have a 72 mini with a turbo d16z6 and was pulling my hair out trying to setup a basemap and that error kept popping up. Finally figured out when connected to internet,it was fine.

Where I live there is only coal electric, EPA says an EV car is better for environment. My friend with an EV says it takes about $16-20 in electric per day to fill both their EV cars, that's about a 55gallon drum of coal ($20 sometimes more) and way more emissions than a civic without a cat.

Sounds like Germany, where you pretty much can't mod your car at all, but switched to all coal after they collectively misunderstood that nuclear power =/= nukes. Oof. Hopefully solar gets good enough that companies pay to rent your roof space in the near future.

Half the mostplus dizzys i get don't work right, timing is too far off even whgen adjusted to the limit. I just throw the guts into the old/oem dizzy and it works fine when i get a dud.

I should note you can get these gently used well under $50 on amazon warehouse because of the failures. I bought mine just to have the spares, and came in handy already. Hope this helps.

Dude that happened to me a few weeks ago, Smanager would noy even connect to the ECU without crashing. & I just redid all my harness wires & finished the turbo setup so I thought I did something wrong. Glad I wasn't the only one.

@@WiffingtonTuning Yeah I literally uninstall smanager and reinstalled it and same thing. I found the trick is to turn on the car then try to connected it, it crashes way less like that. Also you got Insta?

Do you flow matched these in house? Or just going by what the seller tells you?

I have I had to play with the dead times a bit more then say when using hondata but it did work out they tuned decent to idled nice

It blows some smoke man, good to know its because its making power 🤣 my B20Z1 vtec CRX is doing well, I actually had to add 20/50 but not lost a drop of oil since, machine shop man, they bullshitted me I dont think they changed the valve stem seals, or they put them on the wrong side, because my B16A drank it too, whats the chances of two blocks with the same alchohol problem?, Well your engines have an alcohol problem because theyre ethanol hahaha👍

@@xpawel10 yea it’s not a huge difference in power on my dyno with the weather station on or off. With it off I can get more consistent runs without weather interfering while I’m tuning and making changes
