Hondata Boost By Gear Explained

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Hondata BBG is one of the best features for a street car, we go over a quick guide on how to set it up. Boost By Gear uses a 4 port solenoid and is controlled via the Hondata S300 or Hondata KPro ECU, it's super easy to setup by creating a reference map using the solenoid's duty% and mapping it to psi.

Alex thanks for this amazing tutorial. I was looking at my Hondata map and under the boost control > Boost (low/default) My tuner entered in the gear columns 1st gear = 10.0 2nd = 20.0 3rd = 45.0 4th = 45.0 5th = 10.0 what does this mean exactly? Now on Boost (high) 1st = 2.6 2nd = 2.8 3rd = 3.1 4th = 3.1 5th = 3.1 what does this mean and why is Boost high column so different than Boost low column? I appreciate your feedback, thanks for doing this tutorial you are only making yourself more valuable by giving the youtubers some clear clarification and not keep this as a secret.

Man I been playing with this the issue Iam having is in third gear the car feels like it's bucking in and out of boost I have boost cut set at 17 lbs the cars making about 12.5 lbs I have it set at 30% do I need to space it out more on that table to make it smooth? first and second great but 3rd feels like your turning a rocket booster on and off lol it's fun though 😂🤣🤣
