Preludes for the win. Depending on the turbo size anything more than 10lbs 350hp on e85 is going to break a rod on the f20b....ive tested the limits of that motor many times.

Trey Be Dipping I saw that video awhile back when you blew that f20b on e85, it’s that 370z’s fault bro. I don’t think I have boost creep issues, I’ll have to ask Hunter. What size was your turbo? Also I might as well throw in a boost controller along with 4 bar and e85 tune. Hopefully all goes well.

@@ngengok trust me bro it wasnt boost creep i had a 5831 precision with the new manifold and 10 was hella reliable. Once i went to 12 lbs and over 350 nothing but problems. The rods are just weak over 10lbs

Been watching your channel for a while now and I noticed you have been working extra hard this summer to get to the track as much as possible. I loved the track videos but I also noticed because of the lack of time to get things done you would explain what happened more often than showing your progress to how you came to the conclusion. I really enjoyed you showing the step by step progress the last 2 videos it really makes the videos feel more like a place I can come to learn and sometimes have a good laugh and less like just a daily vlog. I also understand you have been super busy with moving shops and rushing to get things done to make a track day so us as viewers get to see what all the hard work is for. I also know some things may seem repetitive but I enjoy guessing the issue and seeing what you figure out. I also enjoy a refresher on tuning/repairs/performance mods because I dont get to work on cars all day and channels like yours help me diagnose or plan modifications for my own vehicles. I guess what I'm trying to say is thanks for going the extra mile on your videos. 👌

i had same issue with my Guage, check the female terminals where it plugs into gauge these will spread super easy and lose connection. be sure to never wiggle plug up/down and be careful as you plug them in, iwhen looking at female side of harness see if any terminals look more spread then others, i used a safety pin to close the terminal spread and it worked again.

Is there another way to contact you by any chance? I really need and or would like to get your input on a problem ive been having with my 97 Honda Prelude Base... Only quite litterally drove it twice, both times didnt go too well but its been sitting now for the last couple of years unfortunately (I know , makes me sad) but I cant get it to start and stay running and now it just sits there and cranks and tries to run but cant.... Ive replaced spark plugs and wires, crankshaft position sensors, starter, alternator, distributor cap and rotor, valve cover, FITV, IACV, timing belt, ignition and ignition switch, and main relay and im sure theres more than that thats been replaced (this car has had an issue since before I got it and was even taken back to the place where it was bought and even they couldnt figure it out)... Please I could REALLY use some help figuring out what I need to do to get it running the way that it should?... Thank you!

Trying to tune my Prelude BB8, JDM, type S with Greddy EMU (piggybcak). It is all motor with intake, exhaust, camshaft upgrade. I can handle fuel tuning based on wideband. My questing is how to tune timing/ignition? When should timing be retarded or advanced? There is no dyno machine in my area (Belitung island, Indonesia). Tuning must be done on street (fortunately no speed limit on public road).

H22A is $1000+, Then some used H22a4 down the street that probably has leaky gaskets, alot of miles cost $500-$800 and some issue they probably arent telling you about (ex. rod knock, low compression, never maintain oil which is essential on H series motors for oil sweep rings, valve seals leaking, pitted valve seats, etc) which can tack on the cost and more time to fix. Not saying all situations are like that but i've seen it. They probably go with F20B for lower cost and peace of mind of "low milage" they are 19+ year old motors.
