Thank you so much! Just done it and I feel so happy energised and powerful 😅 what I love about this workout is that it’s full of classic sets, 3 different rounds and also warming out and cool down sessions included 💪I don’t know what’s the reason but sometimes it much easier to do the 1 hr workout rather than 20-30 minutes.. sometimes it looks more challenging (and actually it is more challenging!!) but somehow it is more enjoyable ..🤷♀️ it’s like your body is getting more powerful after 30 minutes and you keep going even harder and with joy

I'm so hyped for these 1000 calories workouts Oliver, i know these routines don't build a lot of muscle but it hits ever body part and you are getting in cardio. Trust me all your other workouts are just as effective the 15min, 10min, 30min, definitely look forward to another 40 Min Full Body workout targeting Chest,legs,Abs

it depends on your body and fitness level. if you are more fit, some of these exercises may not get your HR as much, so you burn a bit less. everyone can be a bit different. it would take for me to box intensively (getting max HR 194+) to burn over 1000@@halil-1485
