@Nettie Reynolds exercise is best way to reduce weight If you add strength training then it's cherry on the cake, even stubborn fat is reduced by mixing cardio+strength training The key to weight loss is consistency, it takes time cuz spot reduction is not possible it takes time to loose weight but the hard work pays off

My wife and I have been watching your vids and following your guidance with positive results. I'm 51 and have lowered my cholesterol thru diet and exercise(no drugs). My wife drinks the tiny tea you recommend, and we've had great success. This video was a HUGE breakthrough: I added the live culture yogurt to my diet and it helps me sleep great, the challenge that has been so hard to achieve. Makes so much sense. Thanks again, and please continue your great work. I'm in the best shape of my life, and my wife has gotten in great shape. Many thanks and we eagerly wait the next challenging video. For now I'll enjoy my tropical green smoothie(one of your healthy recipes) 😉

I started to love going to diet cause one, I started disliking sweets/soda and only cosuming in a tiny amount. Two, you get full much faster eating a balanced meal. Three, workouts are so much easier. I lost 4 pounds in 4-5 days doing workouts and starting now I made my own cardio for each day. I ran for 1 hour at the park 2 days ago and I will start tomorrow again. Also drinking lots of water helps Big Time. Im only 14, weight 138 and 5'8. Hopefully kids same age that read this will follow along and start having running 1 mile each week in school (P.E). Good Luck, its all worth it.

Great video! Proper digestion also means better mood. I have gut problems from time to time and it is really bad for overall well-being. Yesterday I was really worried because I couldn't even digest a carrot properly. I want to give another important tip. Relax more often! When I am stressed out during some time period my digestion is dying. This week I was worried about some project of mine and it really affected my guts.

Breakfast: Fruits / Bowl with cereal and milk (vegan milk and cereal) / Toasts with sweets that you like: marmalade, peanut butter, jelly, etc / Coffe or cocoa (check the ingredients of the coffe you buy to see if it is vegan) with vegan milk if you want / Etc. Lunch: Rice / Pasta / Potatos with a vegan sauce (there's all types of vegan sauces that are great and easy to make) or any types of grains (beans, chickpeas) and lots of veggies, make a very big portion so you won't crave for sweets. Dinner: Anything "unhealthy" that you like, for exemple, vegan pizza, lasagna with lots of veggies on your choice, and desserts of your preference (oreos are vegan, vegan ice cream if you find at your local store, vegan cake, you get it), eat all the "unhealthy" things that you crave for and how much you desire. Hope it helped.

How long have you been combining the foods and exercising? You might be at the point where your body automatically gives the amount of energy needed for exercising so you might want to increase the intensity of your training. By intensity, I don't mean more hours (unless you desire it and have the time) but increase your reps and see if there is a more difficult version of what you are already doing. Usually when you are stuck, it's because your body has become used to the training and diet so switching up your routine exercises could help. As well as increasing your reps. If you are really concerned (and able to), seeing a professional nutritionist might help. And you only recently just completely cut out junk food so I don't think there's anything to worry about. You're only supposed to lose like 1-1/2kg (2kg at most) a week as a healthy weight loss.

Queen, It has a round window in the front. If you look closely, you'll see that there is a latch/handle on the right side of the silver rim of that window. That would be a bit difficult to load and unload dishes. It's a washing machine. It's not unusual for Europeans to have the washing machine in the kitchen. Google "washing machine in kitchen" , then click on IMAGES, and you will see plenty of examples.

I wish videos were more "5 healthy foods to nourish your body" instead of "5 foods for a flat tummy." We, especially women, should focus on appreciating our bodies, and give it the correct nutrients to be healthy instead of making a flat tummy be the goal. This is why females, young to old, are so self conscience about their bodies-- because this video encourages having a flat tummy.. I think we have our priorities out of line, here.

a bloated and big belly\tummy indicates digestion problems. thats why the title of the video talks about how a healthy tummy looks like. looking at the body often tells what is wrong with it and no, we dont need to accept that our body is unhealthy. there are people out there who genuinely try and live better lives, have a healthier body because that is their priority. if anything, saying that we are good as we are is the worst thing to say. we always need to be getting ahead and bettering ourselves.
