I enjoy my food without guilt and yet I am able to maintain my weight.
The key is to eat frequently to burn more fat instead of starving yourself and going on diets.
I eat every 3 - 4 hours, small portions, fresh food, non processed and lots of variety.

    I had 6 weeks before going on holidays last year, and I made an amazing transformation -many thanks to you, Joanna! I started not only working out but also watched out for the food (smaller portion and no more junk/sugary snacks). I've lost 2 pounds each week (I had a strict workout plan, too, where I targeted everything!) so by the end of 6 weeks I was 10-12 pounds lighter (and many inches slimmer). :)

    I have to say, I did try other weight loss "things". But I never got the same benefit as I did when I watched you. You are such an inspiration to me. I cannot thank you enough.     What I'm absolutely loving about this is that every time I look up healthy foods and diets; it's always out of my budget. Or I'm given food I've never heard of that you can only get at a whole-foods market -which, where I live, there isn't one- and then there's a huge prep just to make like one freakin' (healthy) burger. She's making things I already enjoy and I know I can buy without killing my wallet. Epic!

    Dropping pounds is difficult by any means, but I've found a method that has enabled me to drop about three dress sizes. And I Am not done losing weight yet.     Do males and females need to lose weight in different ways? That is what I heard when looking into The Venus Factor last night. I would like to have your thoughts and opinions.     Been watching this already many times.. And this video was one of my helpful tips how I lose weight before that was when my son was still so so young and not yet a youtuber because of work and now I gain weight again and my son is now 13 yrs old, its about time to come back again and try to lose weight again by watching your video.

    My favorite smoothie is 1 cut frozen banana, 1/2 cut frozen avocado, a handful of spinach, and about a cup of orange juice. It's so creamy, and sweet! In the summer I make the same smoothie almost every day!

    Thanks for the tips! I like the milkshake idea a lot. I'm used to making those frequently, but I really like the idea of putting the bananas in the freezer instead of blending them at room temp which is what I'm used to doing.

    I just found your channel and LOVE your meal plan videos! They are so helpful and i've already watched all of them:) I'm a vegetarian, so i loved to watch the vegan meal plan video! Can you PLEASE do many more of them, especially vegetarian and vegan ones, since i feel like it's much easier to eat a diet that is rich in variety when you eat meat! Your easy recipes and meal options are super helpful and yummy:)

    Thank you Joanna. I lost 50 pounds last year, keeping a food journal and watching everything I ate, then it was holiday season and since then I've put on 35 pounds back on. Now I'm looking for new ideas to eat better. I am going to try some of your food ideas.

    I am learning your way of eating healthy foods. I put raisins in my tuna sandwich and it makes it so sweet and healthy. Sometimes in my tuna sandwich l put chopped onion and celery so good and yummy. Love learning from you.

    Have you tried an avocado mash to spread on toast, it is very delicious. I mash one half to a whole avocado, add salt, pepper, fresh lime juice, spread it on whole grain toast, and add one poached egg. Delicious and filling breakfast.

    I have to admit i did smile at the end when you showed me the oranges thats one fruit i love eating, banana to. So can i make a request could you show me and others how not to be tempted by processed foods and more by clean eating? Because thats something i'm seriously struggling with i keep promising myself to eat more clean but ending up snacking instead.
