    1. Dry brushing (Use a brush with natural fiber) every day for 5-7 minutes before the shower. Always brush up to your heart. 2. Coffee scrub / Mix coffee, water and coconut oil to get a scrub. 3. Drink lots of water, with 🍋 in it. 4. Increase your omega 3 intake (advocado, walnut, salmon etc) 5. Get active - Exercise 6. Avoid smoking and avoid fast food.

    Dry brushing upward 7 minutes a day before a shower, left to right side of body 2) Stomach clockwise, arms towards the heart to armpit, “Coffee scrub 1/4 cup coffee grounds, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 liters a water a day

    I am 40 and just started getting cellulite and it happened when I started getting more lazy. Laying in bed on my phone for hours at a time. Being stagnant for too long will do it. Now I’m back in the gym eating better and drinking more water. It’s helping.

    I have been faithfully following your routines for about 2 months now Joanna Soh and I have lost 10 pounds! I am an older woman so high impact is very hard; but your routines are very doable for people who are older. While I am sore sometimes afterwords, it's still bearable and I don't want to throw in the towel because I can't move after working out. I love your recipes, I have to say I make the Chicken noodle soba soup often and not only do I love it, but my son loves it and request that I make it all of the time! Ha Ha Ha, I have him eating healthy and he doesn't even realize he is eating his veggies.

It has helped enormously to lessen the cellulite around my stomach, my arms, lets and my “whole lot of butt” as my partner calls it. I feel like my skin is softer to touch and not worried to display now.

    Thanks for the great tips. I am 39 and have more cellulite now than a few years before, so probably due to lesser tightness in the skin. I did the dry brushing for a while but than forgot about it, so will pick it up again. I already drink a lot, actually too much, but I will also look into the omega 3. I have an office job, which does not help, but exercise daily.

    Thank you so much for this useful video. ♥️ But I wanna highlight something. Drinking water on empty stomach in the morning is good but I recommend you to do this after brushing your teeth first. During the night, bacterias are increasing in the mouth. So, for not facilitating to bring them to our digestive system directly, we should clean our mouth first.

    If I had known how important it is to be active I would've never stopped. My health got really bad in 6 years when I didn't really take care of myself and was working like crazy. Now I go to the gym regularly and go to yoga classes and I plan to do this for the rest of my life to stay strong and fit. It's non negotiable.

    i have been doing the coffee scrub for just 2 weeks and already see a decrease in cellulite!! I had been doing everything else other than dry brushing for a long time and I eat very clean as well. I think the biggest key is a clean diet

    The methods: - Dry brush in the morning - Coffee scrub (1/4 cup coffee grounds, 3 tbsps of sugar brown or white, 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil) wash in circular motion. Do this 2-3 times a week - drink water (at least 2L a day) Can consume food with more water like watermelon - increase Omega-3 intake e.g. Salmon, spinach, flax seeds, avocado, walnuts - Get active (tone muscle, reduce fat) 30 minutes 3-5 times weekly
