    Ive seen people do the ghost throw with weighted steel club or macebells. It looks pretty cool.

    These are great. I’ll be trying them all. I appreciate how integrated they are - everything is connected! Those thumbnails really help show the specific muscles in movement.     Wow Yuri, I am so excited I have found you, these make so much sense to me and as a 59 year old, I have never tried any of them! I struggle massively with these so their introduction will be awesome. I love your cues also, exactly what I want to be thinking about and as a masters discus thrower this will be an INCREDIBLE addition to my training.

    New subscriber here, is there a name to your kind of exercises. I struggle with chronic pain, I stretch but nothing like this, this looks like what I need. If you don’t mind me asking your age?

    These are excellent; thanks for sharing, Yuri! I've been doing the standard unilateral teacup routine with a small plate for a while - the bilateral one in opposite directions is tough! More practice required...
