Would appreciate a video on keeping the elbows healthy too!
Ive seen people do the ghost throw with weighted steel club or macebells. It looks pretty cool.
This should have 10 million views! I appreciate you 🙏 can you go over walk overs sir 🙏
This helped me improve range of movement on my upper body exercises. Please share loosening movements for lower body. Thank you.
These are great. I’ll be trying them all. I appreciate how integrated they are - everything is connected! Those thumbnails really help show the specific muscles in movement. You might want to keep them up longer. Your hard work and results are impressive. Thank you for this video. Definitely sharing 🎉
Really great movement snack. I will do this everyday anytime I free. Thank Yuri.
I knew some of them but you add a new dimension, thank you.
love it. love your movements and fluidity. thanks for being alive and for posting...
you can also mix the ghost throws with the teacups:)
Thanks so much for sharing! Really feeling amazing.
Wow Yuri, I am so excited I have found you, these make so much sense to me and as a 59 year old, I have never tried any of them! I struggle massively with these so their introduction will be awesome. I love your cues also, exactly what I want to be thinking about and as a masters discus thrower this will be an INCREDIBLE addition to my training.
Feels so good and its fun for me. I will try to include them in my routine every day. Thanks.
Super helpful thanks yuri, a lot of these movements feel great on my shoulders!
That’s very good, thanks Yuri
New subscriber here, is there a name to your kind of exercises. I struggle with chronic pain, I stretch but nothing like this, this looks like what I need. If you don’t mind me asking your age?
These are excellent; thanks for sharing, Yuri! I've been doing the standard unilateral teacup routine with a small plate for a while - the bilateral one in opposite directions is tough! More practice required...
1. Wringing the towel 2. Angels 3. Teacup 4. Trapdoor 5. Ghost throw
Do you think those could still be useful for people with rotator cuff injuries or impingement? best.
Who invent these kind of excercises 😅
