I have been doing the wall shoulder strech for a long time. But the thing that you told about the cat - pushing up and down, is a game changer. My shoulder feel great! Range of motion stays the same but I feel way more stable when raising my arm overhead. Thank you!

I wandered into an Aerial Hoop class last year and it crazy cooked my shoulders but I stayed with it even though I worried that it would impede on my handstanding. A year later with a 6 month lockdown hiatus with regular alternate conditioning my shoulders, back and grip are stronger than I ever imagined. Developing pull and push strength proved very beneficial for both skills. Love all your ramblings--please keep them coming!!!!!

I found your channel by watching lots of videos from @SaturnoMovements in regards to yoga, stretches and of course handstand. My progress is slow, and I do not expect that developing handstand will be easy and fast, but you provide so many good tips. thank you. Спасибо!!!

it's a great exercise, and I do use it. It's just not very specific to handstands. Otherwise this would be a MUCH longer video

Yuri Marmerstein you are right! Next time why you don’t do a video about different and positions in the handstands and their functionality?

Hi Youri, awesome video as allways! I noticed no butchers block stretch, I see it recommended all the time. One question regarding this stretch, I allways feel it only in my shoulder, not even sure if it is a stretch or just pain. Is this normal? Thank you for your content!

That's a good stretch, but in my opinion I never found it that helpful regarding handstands. I feel it a lot in the triceps personaly, but in the handstand my arms will be straight. as far as your issue, I'm not sure that's one that should be resolved via youtube comments

Go to physiotherapist, seeking advice on the internet is not the best

that's a question you should be asking a doctor or physio, not in the comments of a fitness youtube channel. I know nothing about you or your situation so it woud be irresponsible for me to give advice here

Because the mats are soft, and in terms of handstand, having a hard floor give us better feedback
