While I know I appreciate the videos you've done in the past, where there is just demonstration with little explanation, I think this style will be more accessible to a wider audience, especially those who aren't currently practicing movement yet. Kudos! It was clear, and in a couple of minutes got across how to start.

This is beautiful! I’m recovering from a head injury and finally feeling well enough to begin my movement practice again, it has been very challenging to be gentle with myself and bring movement back in a proper way that isn’t too much load for my recovery. This is just what I needed to challenge myself and get back to what I love doing. For years I’ve held onto a saying you said a long time ago “keep moving for all those that can’t” since my injury I’ve had to face the mortality of that in the blink of an eye everything can change. Never take our ability to move for granted, I never did, but I’m more grateful now that ever in my life for the blessing of a body that has the ability to move

Ive been working out for roughly 8yrs on and off.. I'm 24 and after all the trial and error I realize that my legs is what makes everything function as a unity.. I want to be able to increase my leg strength and mobility for everyday situations.. and I want to incorporate a more solid workout plan. on my off days I will use this to help make my lower and upper half sync. I appreciate this content, definitely interesting imo

Hello. I did this couple of times in a day and now for the next two days i feel pain around tail bone or lower back not sure. This has happened to me when i was little and to avoid this pain i developed anterior pelvic tilt. I think because of these excerisises my body is being, is being fixed into more balanced posture. I wish someone could help me with more information and to also let me know how to ease the pain. It feels like my walk is different but as if my muscle is inflamed. I guess i will rest for now and then continue on with ur movement. Thank yew for sharing this with me.
