In simple terms movements can be linear like push-ups or pull-ups or it can be organic like this. This movements meditation is designed to help you feel your body. This is less about stretching or strengthening but more for getting in tune and inside your body. This morning stretch will stretch and move each joint and muscle in your body. Use this as a morning meditation. This will help ground you and create your day in a state of feeling good which will help you create more positive energy and positive thoughts for you to take action. This movement meditation can be made into your own. Focus on whatever you want to focus on, Thing good thoughts about how strong you are while you do the movement. This will help open up your body's ranges stretching the spine hips and shoulders while also compressing and moving and lubricating all your joints. During this meditation you will feel more alive and after the meditation you will feel more in tune with your body more capable of bigger things. more aware and mindful of the present moment. You can use this meditation every single day to create more positive energy and abundance in your life

1:00 start 1:11 neck rotations 5 repetitions each direction 2:00 shoulders rotations 5 rep each dir 2:30 circles with the hips (transition) 3:10 relax 3:18 knees circles (transition) 3:58 "breeathe" 4:10 arms stretch side and up (transition) 5:27 you feel something 5:37 horse stand position, stretch legs, bring hands down, feet together, hug legs, finally turn on the start position (3 times) (transition) 8:12 relax 8:30 final flow. arms side, up, fol the body and touch the floor, bend knees and push them in front and return to the start pos. thank u for your videos they r amazing :)

Just came across this channel. I’m 62 now and start my day at 3:45 AM, first thing grab a glass of water step outside and say hello to the universe, occasionally get to see some out of this world objects. Go back inside break out the yoga mat, meditate for about 20 minutes and then make it a point to move and stretch all the joints you described. Inner peace and warmth to make it through the day. Stay heathy all it is the key to happiness. 🙏🙏🙏

I'm 70 and have had a sore lower back and stiff neck for nearly a year. I tried this routine for a week, and it worsened things, but it didn't feel like I was damaging myself, so I kept going. Now, after two more weeks, I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I'm feeling great! Thanks so much!
Still coming back to this one 4 years later. Gotta be one of my all time favorites!

Man, I really like this kind of new direction of your channel... movement as a tool for self-development and well-being :) connection with our bodies means connection with our mind and who we truly are ❤ there is time and place for pushing hard and do the tough stuff, but man.. this sort of active meditation makes my day... it brings me clarity and good thoughts:)

The point is to give enough attention to your body's capabilities to move around (which we usually overlook). This is a good guidance; I appreciate it.
I needed this. I just got back into working out again after about a week off, and I had a bad session today. I went looking for something like this, and it really struck me how much my love for my body tends to be conditional. I don't appreciate it often enough for what it does for me every day, just by being there. Thank you, body. I appreciate you

It's funny how since I started to work on my movements 10 days ago, following your videos, I've been sore every single day, sometimes more, sometimes less (adaptation, of course:-)) and, in fact, I wake up every morning like I had been hit by a truck :-)...that...after this feel-good morning routine I immediately feel awake and energized, calm and happy, soreness is gone :-) I like to continue straight away with one of the daily practices and then I feel awesome! I've also noticed a change in my posture already! Good vibes to all of you from the Czech Republic!

Yeah! Even if it’s your first time you can tell the difference. Woke up my body in a really nice and calm way. Without struggling on yoga postures I still don’t understand how to do properly. Thanks man! This was perfect.

I was having some issues with proper breathing and headaches and fibroids. I ran it past my midwife and osteopath and another breath therapist and got the green light from all three. I keep the breath holding for less than 1:30. It made my constant migraine disappear and the fibroid stopped growing. I understand the concern fully and am very thorough and thoughtful in researching fringe health techniques.
Im so glad that i stumbled upon this channel....these workouts are amazing ♥️♥️♥️☮️☮️☮️

Heh Josh - I really enjoy this routine and do it every morning. I had open heart surgery earlier in the year so the intensity and difficulty is perfect. Do you have a routine that is not too intensive but concentrates on your core. Keep up the great work. B
