Great work. This is easy to remember and i can get rid of electronics while yoga. First video from you i watched was very similar kundalini yoga but longer. You know is there any gender differences in yoga? I have two male mentors and you but some videos from you i feel like skipping. Sending strenght and love!

I know about kundalini from a local medium and yoga practitionner location Braila city Romania, he told me he successfully activated kundalini on me, i practice that ritual that he told facing north in nothen hemisphere, i fill if i facing north i look at the in stable direction, regardless Earth rotation.

I have a question when i practice yoga in general I dont feel comfortable sitting legs crossed. Will that ever change or is it holding me back? Even as a child i found it highly uncomfortable but more comfort sitting on my knees
