Intermittent fasting definitely has been a game changer to cut back on calories and getting below 12%, body fat 👌 Strength training and high protein also are keys for sure💪🗝️ Carbs at night also makes me sleep better 😴

Tomorrow I'm on a 1-year diet and I'm currently around 14% body fat. Lately i've been thinking about stop drinking or at least leave it for special occasions because okay I'm 20 but i'm aware of my excesses. So, even if it's fine and continues to lose fat I believe I could be much better. Just discovered you and your videos are already helping. Wish me luck, peace.

I was doing a sort of keto/carnivore diet for several months with some cheat days mixed in of course. I think I'm going to follow this approach because its hard to eat enough food on Carnivore diets. It just makes me feel full all the time, Great for weight loss but not an optimal diet for building muscle.
I recommend getting a continuous glucose monitor and wear it a couple weeks. They can give you a lot of insight into the effects of some food and perhaps some you should not eat. For example, yesterday I drank a sugar free tropical punch from Wendys and my blood sugar shot up to 300 from a starting point of 90. Watching that blood glucose monitor is very interesting! Any time blood glucose drops from a big spike you get very hungry even if you just ate a huge meal.
Because of your videos I started tracking my calories. Helped me lose 6kg. Now I‘m a little too light but oh well…guess I’ll have to build up more muscle again. After 2 weeks of being ill I‘m full sending it this week with your workout program! Love it!!

Just started intermittent fasting and cut out alcohol for the month of September without changing anything else. 13 pounds down this month so far and plateauing even after doubling down (restricting calorie window from 1-6pm). Great to hear the protein suggestion. Let's see if that gets me over the hump. Ps. are you on Peloton or any other Workout app for us to follow and stay motivated?

You strike me as a logical kind of guy and I think it would take you to a new top level in your quest for growth and maintenance, over time. i’ve done some HIIT stuff before, i think i still prefer a bit more traditional training with dedicated days for different muscle groups, but HIIT is also an amazing way to burn plenty of cals! 🔥

So, not HIIT....I'm referring to Heavy Duty High Intensity training by Mike Mentzer / Dorian Yates, which is reducing training volume to once or twice a week and taking only one set to failure per body part. Using pre-exhaustion and compound exercises. Removing cardio as well. Increasing rest, recovery and growth time between the workouts. If you are interested, KZread "Mike Mentzer Tapes 1-4". It will blow your mind. I promise you. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a different animal altogether, which I don't practice or a fan of. I agree with your method of fat loss by being in a caloric deficit, for sure. Some aerobics, yes. Thanks for replying! Super cool of you. - Chris
