    Love your content man I don’t know if you’ve heard of it but the last couple weeks I’ve been focusing on TUT (time under tension) during my training sessions I focus on a 3/0/2/0 tempo which mean you slowly lower the weight for 3 seconds Then you hit the bottom of the rep there’s no rest so you shoot back up with a 2 second push/pull It’s SO hard but I feel so much more tearing this way compared to the typical bodybuilding rep range I no longer count reps I just focus on temp Much love man ❤

    Hi Bryan, love your fitness videos on KZread. I have a question in regards to the Apple Watch and the calories it tracks. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and I am in a little bit of a plateau right now. My trainer has me current at 2600 calories per day. I work out 5 times a week. But if I look at the fitness app on my iPhone the total daily calories it shows I am burning is anywhere between 3700 and 3200 a day. What was your experience with this? Is this accurate enough to figure a deficit off of or should I follow closer to what my trainer is having me do which technically could be close to 1000 calorie deficit.

  • @cbrannon74
    @cbrannon7411 ай бұрын

    best filming on KZread. You are pro with production! QUESTION: I too have been using Apple Watch/Apple Health & MFPal for calorie counting and energy balance. After all this time the only thing I am critical of is weight lifting/resistance training choices on then watch. I just know through Science literature for body building that it is impossible to burn what the thing is saying I am burning weight lifting. The cardio seems surprisingly accurate. For instance an hour of multi-joint weight lifting roughly 250 calories for the average person. I am getting substantially more than that I almost certain you are as well based on your achievements of 1100 or more calories burned. I think part of that challenge is when you squeeze the Dumbell or barbell with your hands you are restricting the pulse reading quite a bit. You can see it even on the workout graphs..........to test choose a weight lifting workout while you are sitting on the couch.....you will watch your burn ring continue to advance. I was thinking you might touch on this ......still a fantastic video. Hope to get a response?

    hey there! stoked you got my program! how’re you liking it?! if you’re fasting, don’t eat until you’ve completed your fast! some people think you need to consume protein within 30 minutes after working out and this is mostly a myth. as long as your averaging .8-1g of protein per pound of body weight daily, you’ll be fine! hope that helps 🫶🏼

    How do I sync my apple watch fitness app with my actual sleep and awake schedule? I go to bed really late and sleep late due to my work schedule. It's very frustrating for me when all of my stats such as calories burned, steps and workout goals for my day are split between two days. The watch starts over at midnight every night but I may not have even worked out yet and still have plenty of activity before I go to bed at around 4:30am. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

    I see so many KZread fitness influencers.pushing LMNT. That stuff is so expensive for what it is. Why not just take (an effective form of) Magnesium, Potassium, and sodium (separately with water) for less than 1/10th the cost? I suspect the reason why LMNT is so overpriced may be to pay all of the influencers. Another fitness hack that you might consider passing along to your followers could be to avoid unnecessarily paying.for vastly overpriced supplements. Otherwise, I find your content interesting.

    LMNT is not that expensive. STOP it. It is like $40 for a 30 pack. That 6 weeks if use it 5x a week. So you go to the store and pay 3.50 for a gatorade full of sugar and that is ok? Say 2 for $5. Thats $75 bucks for a 30 pack of sugar and not that many nutrients compared to LMNT. It is worth it, convenient. I drink LMNT, it is delicios except for the no flavor and the chocolate one. Those 2 taste awful.
