    Started intermittent fasting a few weeks ago just to loose some weight - a few days ago your vid about how you use the Apple Watch popped up and I gotta say: SOMETIMES the YT algorithm works. I love your content - your production, sense of humor but also the research you put into the stuff you talk about are top notch. You immediately became one of my favorite content creators. Your genuine way of explaining stuff that‘s otherwise boring makes it super fun to learn new things. I never tracked my food but your videos motivated me to go after it.     I went back hardcore to the gym after your video on how you use your apple watch. It’s motivated me to keep moving and hitting my goals. losing about 1lb per week, gym non stop and BF is going down. 6km walks everyday on top of gym and cardio. I feel fantastic and can’t wait for the next 6 months. Just started on creatine for one month now and will keep using it.

    I am late to party at 65 years old. But walking 10,000 steps per day for 3-5 days per week. 30 min afternoon cardio (elliptical and rower) and now adding 10-15 min kettle-bells for strength endurance, My battle is focused on Parkinson's Disease. Re-building old athlete body to slow disease progression. Thanks for your content. TMI I know. but grateful for your work.

    BTW have you tried Garmin watch, I have switched Apple watch 7 to fenix 7 lately, and it just kills it. Battery life is crazy, I like performance tracking and metrics better. It has some downsides obviously, but benefits are overwhelming for me personally

    I do Jiu Jitsu 3-4 times per week and also lift weights 2-4 times per week. Some days I feel too sore and sluggish to do one or the other. Just picked up a bottle of creatine powder today and I'm hoping that helps with the soreness and tiredness.

    I'm a purple belt in bjj and struggled with that at first, but try a good electrolyte powder if you don't already. He mentioned LMNT in the video, I prefer RE-LYTE from redmond, but both are solid.

    Good advice. You’re late to the game on creatine 😮 but agree with what you said, except two things. I’ve never heard anyone say it helps with muscle soreness. Maybe it does. Also, if you’re heavier than 200lbs you should think about going between 6-10g of creatine. It scales with body size. See Andy Galpin for info here. Motivation in my view is BS. You have to build habits. Motivations come and go. Habits are built with consistency. Just be consistent.

    interesting! it never made me feel sick but it has a LOT of stuff in it and high stim pre workouts or energy drinks can definitely cause nausea
