    Hi Bryan, could you please make the video about Apple Watch Series 9 real life experience over Apple watch 6/8 - measurement precision/battery life. In one if your videos you expressed that apple watch 6 measured your heart rate a bit better than Series 8. I always enjoy watching your videos about Apple Watch.

    This is very good information. Unfortunately, i myself can't eat avocados. Do to the high histamine response. This in result would lead to bad rosacea flare ups, leading to my severe ocular rosacea. Im not implying avocados are bad, they are just not for everyone.

    Wouldn't the electrolytes go against your goal of staying lean by adding water weight retention as it has 1000mg which is half the recc amount of sodium per day? Especially if you're taking that daily
