24 HOUR TRANSFORMATION | why does no one talk about this?! 🤔

it's pretty amazing how easy it is to manipulate things like lighting and posing to look a LOT more shredded. unfortunately, we rarely see what a natural physique looks like, in regular lighting and real world situations, which can be problematic in so many ways. in this vid, i talk about something i seldom see anyone else discuss: moderation and balance. i think these might be one of the most important aspects of fitness and living a happy life, but they get overlooked far too often. hope you enjoyed this one! don't forget to like, subscribe, comment your thoughts and share this one with your friends 🧸 love you all 🤍

Man, I’m glad you showed this. Cause I was starting to look at my progress and feel super discouraged because I didn’t feel like I was where I needed to be. Mainly cause I would compare myself to these pumped out pictures all over KZread. But now I realize, I’m not doing much better than I thought I was.

From Andalucia, SPAIN: Hi Brian! I NEVER leave comments but had to let you know there is something about the way you speak through your videos that sounds like it's a friend talking with me not TO me. I am a Mom of 2 and found your channel late 1 you tube night when I was trying to find my new fitness routine. Since I started watching your video I now own an elliptical and Apple Watch. Keep your your videos going they are SO MOTIVATIONAL! Love the cinematography and Apple Watch tips! Also the bloopers at the end are hilarious.

Brian. You are steadily helping me to piece together parts of my life that I’ve struggled to wrangle. You have a gift of being authentic and describing convoluted topics in such simple ways. I’m well on my journey and my only ask is that you keep up the damn good work! You’re blessing people you don’t know.

Thank you! It’s really not easy when someone as you said is an extremist - “it’s either 100 or 0” Balance and moderation is something that’s so difficult for me to find personally, but I hope to make some progress soon! Thanks again and top notch content, you’re the best and this is my favourite and best channel on KZread!

Hi Bryan! I just want to thank you for creating this channel with your down to earth, no BS advice. I've got a Garmin instead of the Apple Watch and I'm now using MyFitnessPal to track my calorie deficit. By not eating the crap I usually ate and doing intermittent fasting, keeping in a calorie deficit is being surprisingly simple so far. I'm usually achieving 17.000 - 20.000 steps weekdays and 10.000 - 15.000 on weekends. I'm also trying to do an hour eliptical or spinning 3 days a week and a longer ride on weekends (road or MTB) as my body can't manage your 6 days a week. Also, discovering pilates on Fridays has done wonders for my back. Lastly, I'm thinking of joining my local gym to follow your workout plan which I'll buy shortly on Gumroad and build up the muscle I've started to loose now I've hit my half century. Love to you and Ali. Keep up the amazing work! 👏👏👏👏👏

Hi there, I stumbled upon your channel a few weeks back. I started my journey to loose about 45kgs at the same time and was looking for some tipps and know how. I just couldn´t stand myself anymore and I´m trying to get back to my old self ever since . Just wanted to say thank you. You are an inspiration and big motivator to me. You going through your content a lot lately and it helped me out quite a lot. Although I don´t like podcasts very much, I listen to you and your wife during my extensive walks when closing those three rings on my Apple Watch. As I said: Thanks a lot! Keep that good vibes coming 🙂

Thanks for always putting content out Bryan. I am on week 7 of my weight loss journey. No cheat meal, no alcohol, well I did drink on the 29th for my birthday. My body rejected the alcohol and I puked. Cause I am on a low sugar low sodium diet. I think the biggest challenge is consistency. I haven't had a cheat meal, not worth it, no partying with booze, not worth it. Mentally it is a roller coaster cause one day you are like wow, I look jacked! couple days later I am like what happened? Even though I changed nothing. The same food gets old, greasy food has never smelled better, only lasts for a couple seconds. It is also a great time to reflect on what I am currently doing for the better. With your content, it helps me remember to stay in that moment and don't give up. Trust the process. Have a great day Bryan, and thank you again.

Hey Bryan, I really like what you said about rest. I’m 100% all the time. I bought an Oura ring and it has really been a game changer as it promotes taking test days it explains it with data. Between that and it’s focus on sleep and sleep timing the days I am working out I feel a lot stronger and more rested all around. Sounds like an ad but just a personal experience . I have a very similar story to you and come from a similar professional background. I really appreciate all that you and your wife are doing. Thanks!

3:45 I've heard that the *"Oura Ring"* can estimate you levels of fatigue created from the previous workout session, sleep and other factors. I guess it also says and estimate of how much you can push yourself in the session of today.

Hello Bryan @BryanAdamCastillo, I have been working hard to achieve my goal of getting in the best shape of my life at the age of 50, over the past year. However, I don't want to get too lean, as it might not be healthy. I came across your tanning paint solution and it seems like a great alternative. Could you please let me know which tanning products you used? Thank you.
