Thanks Chris. The old school brings back memories. I remember, back in the day, visiting L.A. with my sister and we went to the Jane Fonda studio. (She wasn't teaching.) An earlier class was coming out and they were using squeegees to mop up all the sweat on the floor. It was kind of gross and it felt tropical in the room. But it was still fun.

How much cardio should be done per week?
This is a great workout. I loved it. It did remind me of Jane Fonda in many ways only more disciplined. I started exercising with Jane in 1983 and I have been doing exercise ever since. Thanks for all you do. I am doing your classes every day!❤

These old-school, all-standing workouts are my faves. And I enjoyed the walk down memory lane with Jane Fonda (I used to do her workouts in the 80s with pictures in a book and a long-play record for instruction). Fun! Thanks Chris.

This was a great workout.....Dawn did a great job. And a big Thank You for having Dawn show how to step on the floor.....I recently pulled my upper calf muscle (stepping off a foot stool wrong), so having Dawn to follow was awesome....I loved this routine SO much, I did it 2 times....once on the floor, and then on the step, no risers......this was great 😊

This was a fun cardio workout that incorporated the spirit of step aerobics, which made it that much more lively. I also enjoyed the Jane Fonda arms segment. With some modifications, I could do this one on vacation. Thank you, Christina! 😃

This workout was like a ray of sunshine today for me, in the midst of such a cold weather everywhere around the world, I guess. The wide range of options, from low to high impact and the '80s arms exercises at the end, immediately put me in a great mood and definitely made me feel warm and alive. Thanks, Chris, I absolutely these classic aerobics style workouts!

This was a total energizer to start my day!! Music was great, choreo was Great, ENERGY was Infectious!! Thanks for always giving real life information, without the candy coated nonsense!! I've spent a ton of time trying to spot reduce/tighten in certain areas... After 40+ yrs, I finally figured out it doesn't work... Sagging skin as we age is going to happen,☹☹ Keeping ourselves healthy by exercising and not junking out will keep us strong in mind and body.. Thanks Chris..

Though step is my favorite I love going back to the old school classes every now and then. The first gym I joined was Richard Simmons Anatomy Asylum - yes that’s what it was called and yes I actually met him once! 😊- and these were the only type of classes they had. Thanks for bringing them back for us!

Great class! I like it when you throw in the arm muscular endurance. I literally laughed out loud when you brought out Jason and Kevin put Louie on the screen!
I think you have some kind of magical effect on time which makes it fly by! This was so much fun and really enjoyed building each segment which made me feel like I was also working the old grey matter which is always a bit of a challenge for a Sunday, lol! Thanks Chris!! Amazing as ever! 😊 xx

Ive been lifting 3x a week and incline walking on the treadmill (or outdoors, when the Michigan winter allows). I had a total knee replacement in August, so I’m doing everything low impact now. I’m an 80s aerobics girl and many years of Jazzercise. This was a super fun workout to mix it up and live the throw back jams! Thanks. PS I’ll be 59 on 2/21/24🥳

Very fun and sweaty cardio w/o! This one definitely gets the heart pumping and the muscle endurance is for real!
I love your energy and your workout is great. It is just hard to enjoy the music and get into the workout with the constant counting, direction and chatter. I will try one of your other videos, I soooo wanted to do this one. I just have enough chatter in my head on a daily basis. I just wanted to move and enjoy the music. You are super easy to follow, you really don't need to give the constant direction. You are a great instructor without it.
I love your workouts and I’m happy I found you. I am dealing with a back injury so I cannot do high impact so I appreciate you showing the low impact moves too.

Luv the cardio, I started this workout this morning about 9ish, not sure if it started earlier but 21 minutes in I got cut off. I started at the beginning and did the warm up, no problem I just quickly switch to another and finished the remaining 24. Got it in anyway, thnx!

OMG! This was so much fun! I used to workout to Jane, Gin, The Firm, etc. They were my foundation for getting into exercising. I've moved onward from them but I had to laugh at the Jane portion of your program because I knew the video and I could remember that segment. Since I'm still a newbie (only 3 weeks since I subscribed), I hope you either do more like this or have more and I just have to find them. Great cuing and your energy is infectious, thank you Chris for another wonderful workout!

Loved this one. I had to do the low-impact version this time around to not dislodge a bandage on my head from a cyst removal, but once that's healed (next week I hope) I'll be back to jumping around more. I'll be saving this one to easily find it later.
