I just found this workout today and I LOVE it!!! I am not a fan of exercises that I have to do on the floor. I incorporated light weights with this routine that made it more intense. This so far is my favorite video. Keep them coming.

Great experience. I am doing everyday.I am filling very light and active. Thanks alot ma'am. Two months before I am gone with histractomy so I am gaining weight. Some hormonal disorders are there. I extremely needed this type of exercise. Thanks once again 🙏🙏
