This level of teaching is another level. The teaching prompts and instructions are clear and concise. All of it is super challenging but so very creative. The only thing you know for sure is that there will be push ups in the cool down. We are so grateful for this wonderful teacher. Thank you Lesley for consistently banging out hardcore body changing treats!

That was great but I hard a hard time with the lunges part 😓 I struggle with balance and I was also unable to roll up with hands behind the head.
