Lindsey you are the best instructor out there. I work out to so many videos and now I just stick to you!!! One day I'll be able to do all the moves :)
I will definitely come back to this because I found it really hard work, especially the teaser section. The struggle is real but good!

You always nail it Lindsay! Another GR8 workout as usual. I found the beginning "warm up" the hardest part of the whole session. Love how you incorporated the "light" weights and really felt it in the chest. Nice TOTAL BODY workout. Keep up the good work and positive attitude...poop and all ;)
