For the Chinese New Year, let's cook 4 Kinds of Siomai.
With more than a kilogram of ground pork, we were able to make:
1. Pork Siomai {base mixture}
2. Shrimp Siomai
3. Mushroom Siomai
4. Japanese Siomai.

This is very easy to cook. Try our 4 Kinds of Siomai.
*Kindly refer to the video for the Ingredients:
*Procedure:
1. Prepare the pork mixture which will be the base mixture.
2. Add shrimp to the base mixture to make Shrimp Siomai.
3. Add ginger and Shiitake Mushroom for the Mushroom Siomai.
4. Add crab sticks and use nori sheets for the Japanese Siomai.
5. Steam for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Make the dipping sauce - calamansi extract, soy sauce, chili garlic oil
7. Serve and Enjoy as is or with rice!
