One of the easiest ways to cook leftover lechon is to make it sisig. You have the option to put mayonnaise to make it more creamy. In our recipe, even without the mayo, it is still delicious and savory.

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Add margarine [or butter} and let it melt.
4. Place the lechon mixture.
5. Garnish with more chilis and onion.
