Hi Desirée! This class is absolutely fabulous, so grounding and challenging at the same time. I love the calming effects of the color blue and the challenge of having to recall the moves in round 2 of each flow. Another great video workout! Time absolutely flew by! I have arthritis in my right wrist and had to modify the side planks by putting my forearm on the mat, and I was also able to do the lovely stretch in this position. You’ve recommended in other videos, when we have wrist issues is to make a fist, which usually works when I doing planks, but definitely challenging to do with the side plank, maybe just a funky wrist day for me 😂 I hope this helps anyone who experiences weak wrists. I have enjoyed all your work-outs and I have seen great definition in my arms and legs and a stronger core and back! Take care and thanks so much for sharing your skills!

I also like the integration of shoulderstands in the flows. It reminds me a flow from a yoga teacher I really loved a few years ago but she deleted it and stopped teaching yoga. I miss it... it was a great core control workout. Your flows reminded me of it ^^ I also love how they makes me work my back, eccentric contraction "pushing movement" reverse lengthening... All good ! Thank you :)
Just what I was looking for tonight. It was a huge challenge for my arms, but now I feel so proud and centered, peaceful and with an empty and relaxed mind I was desperately missing the last days. WOW D! This was amazing! So creative! So unique! I LOVE how you taught the flow, then gave us a chance to move through it really FEELING our own bodies and timing and musicality. It was such a fun exercise not only for the body, but also that mind body connection/memory. I loved the way these flows made me feel - It looked so calm and controlled on the surface, but I built up such a great sweat. I really really appreciate the working of the movements all-together, and your expert knitting of yoga, pilates and ballet movements. I feel stronger, longer, calmer and more centered and connected to my body after this. YES to more of these! You truly have such a unique gift and talent D.

Just in time ! I was going to head to your channel in search of a workout, with a core focus preferably. And here appears that wonderful surprise ! I adore flows ! It's my favorite type of exercises. I'm currently in a phase where I'm not really into traditional workouts and would really love a good flow, but I couldn't find anything anywhere suiting me right now, so traditional workout it was, but here it is ! a flow workout that does seem to suit me ! that really is perfect timing ! And also perfect for the core ! I really loved the formula, three different flows, short but oh so good and challenging, exactly the right length, two times is perfect to get it in but not get bored ! I really likes tha formula, innovative, even in the market of "flows workout" or at least I personally haven'st seen a version like that with several short flows. But it's me, I might have missed people out. But from what I have saw me personally it is innovative. Usually it's one, and or it's long to prepare (even though the flow is sometimes shorter and simpler than yours) or repeated too many times for my personal liking (I get bored). So for me your version is perfect. Not boring but can learn and have a full on workout in the end. And you really do explain well, I only struggled with remembering the order and the exercises during the last flow, but it's certainly because it was the third, the brain do gets tired too x) ! I truly hope you'll be able to come up with other workouts like that in the future ! For me it's a big yes for that type of videos as you might have guessed ^^ And I love that you are innovating, changing, challenging us, and maybe yourself too in the process, trying new things.
