I really enjoyed this workout yesterday as I was feeling a bit sore after some long(er than usual) distance running . My body needed the low impact. I loved the longer time intervals as well. I found the longevity and movement very challenging, yet still attainable! Finished feeling successful and sweaty per usual! Thanks Desiree!

Day 6 of the challenge for me. 💪🏻🤸🏻♀️💪🏻 When you released this video I had just started working out with you, and honestly I wasn't sure I could complete it as it is an interval workout which I hadn't tried before, and having a teaser exercise as well which was a hard one for me at the time. So this was my first time and I did it all, teaser included! I think I struggled more with the lunges because balance is a weak point for me, but still I've been improving with it. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to see that I can make more and more progress over time and feel proud of myself for what I can accomplish. 💕💕

Those boat poses were killer! I thought I had become pretty strong doing your workouts but even doing the modified version for 90 seconds was really challenging for me. Great workout and showed me areas I was neglecting. Thanks Desiree!

Yes, be sure your hands are directly underneath your shoulders and feet underneath your knees. It requires quite a bit of posterior chain engagement (arms, back, glutes, and hamstrings). Practice makes progress so keep at it! 🥰💖💪🏼

Have you tried it with bent knees? If so and you’re still struggling to balance, be sure your belly is really scooped and tailbone is tucked under. You can also put your hands on the floor for support. It’s a tough pose so don’t get frustrated...keep practice and you’ll get it! 🥰💖💪🏼
