13/06/2023 DONE! I miss my sessions too much! second session after my hospitalization on May 23 and my surgery on 05/24 but I’m happy to get back on track without jumping with lighter weights but the pleasure is there and I need it! Thank you Elenis! I feel like I lost so much during this break of nearly 3 weeks!
I really didn’t want to workout this morning but so glad I did thank you, loved your class and the music … and also so grateful that you don’t put the ads in the middle of the exercise! Helps so much with the flow thank you this was brilliant 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Eleni this is one of my favourite workouts of yours so far! I love challenging myself with the HIIT Pilates ones but sometimes the pace feels too fast for my body. This on the other hand had me a hot sweaty mess but the movement was both challenging and enjoyable, I was surprised how far I could extend in some of the poses! Thanks again for a brilliant 30 minute session which I’ll be adding to my weekly routines! ❤

I tried this just now and I became sweaty, yes it is tiring but pain relief in my get and legs.

Hi Rachel, I’m happy you choose my workouts🥰 start with low impact workouts (no jumping) and slowly increase the intensity. Give your body the time especially after your pregnancy, but I’m sure you will quickly see results🤗
