30 Min Low Impact Cardio Workout For Losing Weight

This basic cardio regimen for weight loss contains mainly low-impact activities. That means no leaping in this cardio training, ensuring a reduced effect on your tendons and joints.     MY STATS: 3,493 STEPS according to my Fitbit Versa 4. I am very clumsy so I could've missed a few steps and movements. I walked through the ads and rests as this was very low impact. I truly enjoyed this easy workout and I can feel it in my arms!!! Looking forward to using more of the videos you post! Thank you!

    You have a FitBit that actually works? I have purchased two of them, and they both quit working in a little over a year. I'm looking for a replacement now. My son suggested a Samsung watch. I loved my FitBit, but it just didn't hold up unfortunately.
