Join me for this 30 Min KICKBOXING CARDIO WORKOUT!! This Tabata Style, all standing routine will have you torching calories in no time!!! All standing, great music, and a killer workout!!
20 seconds of work? NO PROBLEM! Gear up to work hard and burn major calories with this intense Kickboxing Tabata-style workout. This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session involves 20 seconds of intense activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. Each Tabata round lasts approximately 4 minutes. Don’t worry-modifications will be provided to suit most fitness levels. Let’s get started and push our limits together! Light dumbbells are optional.

    I did this one after a very long day at work, I didnt think I would find the energy but 5 minutes in and I was punching and kicking away all the day's tensions .... tabata sort of drags you in and before you know it you are hooked on those short blasts of energy - everyone should make half an hour in their day for something like this....and with the modifications, there's no excuse! thank you Chris.

    Phewy! You know you’re going to be in for a great workout when even the warm up gets your heart pumping ❤💪👊🏻 I’m actually starting to “like” (if that’s the right word!) tabata workout especially when you make each section fun to do and I pushed myself harder through each segment 👌👏🏻
